We haven’t dealt with much lake effect snow this year so far, but that will change tonight and early Tuesday. The Laurel Highlands and Northern Alleghenies (usual spots) will see the highest snow totals through noon Tuesday, with most areas west of Route 219 picking up 2 to 4 inches of fresh powder.
